Van Hal Nieuwleusen has extensive experience in the so-called brushing of concrete constructions. This brushing process can be done in several ways, both by machine or manually. Commissioners include the construction & industry for concrete floors, concrete walls and concrete columns. In addition, we often work for architects to apply specific details to concrete elements in architectural works.
After many years of use, a concrete floor can become very slippery or ugly due to many different layers of paint. By brushing the floor, the top layer is removed and sanded. This leave a sturdy surface which forms the foundation for a new finishing.
The equipment deployed for this consists of a motorized roughcar, blast unit and manual grinding units.
